Karmanye Vadhikaraste Ma phaleshu kada chana

Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshu kada chana,
Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhur, Matey Sangostva Akarmani
Literally means:
You have the right to perform your actions, but you are not entitled to the fruits of the actions.
Do not let the fruit be the purpose of your actions, and therefore you won't be attached to not doing your duty.

What do I meant:
Keep performing your actions or duties, but don't expect the fruits or remunerations for the same, rather you don't have any rights on them. Do not let the awards & rewards you gonna get from your actions be the driving force for your deeds. Perform your duties without any expectations, rather do it just for the sake of it.

My mind keep wondering why in today's competitive world would somebody do a thing without expecting something out of it..?? Why would anyone be given a task without any goal or target.?? Or there's some hidden meaning this great Sholka has, and we really have to read in between the lines..??!!

The core concept here is of Karma (action or duty) devoid of Phala (fruit or remuneration) and the key question striking our minds is Why..?? There are few explanations to it in my view.

One : You are not the one who is going to decide what Phala you get out of your Karma. Ambitions of a person make him to  have Expectations after performing the duty. Here the importance of this sholka comes which says keep performing as well as achieving, but don't expect, as the remunerations are not set by you, it is the Boss who's gonna decide. If one completely understand this then he would just keep concentrating on his Karma & keep on receiving the Phala.

Two : The Phala could be sweet or perhaps sour. Consequences might be affirmative or negative but both of them may lead an ambitious person in two exactly opposite directions : Enthusiastically keep performing the Karma for a sweeter Phala  or Be depressed and cease to perform. The sholka is there to stop the second thing from happening.

Three : Karma is what life is all about. If an ambitious person ceases to perform his Karma "because of failure', there is nothing in the universe which will bring him the "Success". The shloka emphasise on being detached from the Phala while executing your Karma.

Let not the Phala of Karma be the motive of your action, nor let the attachment to Phala lead to inaction.

Free! Free! Free!.... But for first time only!

Have you ever observed that people do give you some free stuff, only until you get addicted to it!

It is a matter of concern "Why do software companies give you free trial period?"; "Why banks give you free ATM cards for first financial year only?"; "Why any cosmetics are free with another for limited period only?" and "Why do they have an asterisk sign on every FREE* thing?"

That sign is a disclaimer from the manufacturer that "You are enjoying this FREE thing because we let you to do so; and we want you to be in addiction for our product!"

Fact of life - Once you are habitual to a thing, then you won't get diverted from it easily and you are ready to pay a decent price for it!

Every human being on this whole planet has unique tendency towards habit - "Simply can't resist!!!"

There is a simple philosophy of mine on "HABIT" which I am going to share with you - If you remove a letter from it you'll get "a bit";if you remove another letter from it you'll get "bit"; if you remove yet another letter from it you'll get "it!"; after removing one more (alphabet) from it you'll still have "T(EA)!" which is quite addictive in itself!!!

Only free thing in this universe which will last forever is "Advice!"

So I hereby take the privilege to render you guys an advice "Please be careful about your habits and addiction because they'll give you FREE stuff but for the first time only!!!"

So long!!!   Take care!!!

Don’t take anybody for granted! Nobody will take you either!

You must have heard people saying never take your friends for granted, dad for granted, mom for granted, or relationships for granted.

But what I suggest is Never take even a stranger for granted!

The reason I am telling you this is very simple! As you are expecting some respect or gratitude from a person in front of you; same are the expectations of him!!!

Isn’t it simple? It is equally hard to implement!

Since Human Beings are some kind of selfish! It is really very difficult to give something (Respect) without asking but it’s human tendency to hope for the same!

So my little advice to all of you is “Give respect to everyone! & Get the same in return!”

In short “Don’t take anybody for granted! Nobody will take you either!”

Every Relation needs Sensation…

What happens to your palate when you eat same food day in & day out?
You feel tasteless, dull, unpleasant and boring…..

Same is the case with Relationships! You always need some innovative & unique things to feel in your associations. That is where generally everyone lags behind! Very truly said “Relationships are easy to make, but hard to maintain.”

Human being is an ambitious species; it always expects something or the other from the people & things around. But the most undeserving catastrophe of life is dead thing fulfill those expectations & living people fail to do so!

You expect a salary from your employer for the job you have done, you expect an enjoyment from a movie for which you have purchased a ticket, here also you expect something out of reading this post and you even expect that free pouch containing 5 ml of shampoo with the pack of soap you have purchased!

Identically you expect some special treatment from your mates, but forget to return the favor! This is the most common reason for disputes in so called “Happy Married Life!”

So what should be done to make relations sensational?

What you do to please your palate?

Answer to both the questions above is same i.e.

“Add spice to it!”…..”Make it zestful!”…...”Compose it as magnificent as you can!”..…in short…..”Give the most needed Sensation to your Relation!!!”

Be Progressive…..

Hullo Guys!!!

Whenever I think about Friends, Family, colleagues & strangers like you who has some or the other connection with me; I could recollect only one word & that is “Relationships!”

Today I am going to speak my mind on Relationships….

Key to GREAT RELATIONSHIPS is as simple as this sentence “Have Desire of others fulfilling your expectations; the way you are being true to their expectations!”

There are lot many ‘expectations’ in the line stated above, but same is the case with real world relationships. There are lot many people who are expecting some special treatment from you in turn of there behavior towards you.

Mind that the above said “Give & Take Relationship” is far more complicated than trade market deals. As this deal is not in terms of monetary transactions, rather it is an emotional business; so never take anyone for granted.

What you expect from your boss & vice versa is the ‘Progress’; Identical are the expectations of your pals from you! So in that way…..

Being Progressive in your Relationships is the Key to have Successful & Expressive Life.
Progress is what you ‘Desire’ then Progress is what you should ‘Deliver’!

Then forget about traditional greetings, gifts, roses, chocolates or sweet SMS how about trying some new ways like most needed hug a small favor or a helping hand.

Always be progressive in relationships.....Your boss is not ONLY person having HOPES from you!!!
